Strategy (1-2 days)
Align your strategy and innovation themes to ensure that you are considering the business model innovations that are likely to have the most business impact.
IPM Platform (SaaS Delivery)
Phase 1 (~8 weeks):
Run your innovation teams through the sequence of customer validation activities needed to validate business model innovations, with teams concluding Phase 1 with a Go, Pivot, or No Go decision.
Phase 2 (~6 months):
Product & Scale Validation
Run your innovation teams through the sequence of customer validation and product activities needed to validate minimum viable product and steps to market commercialization and scale.
4-day repeatable process that generates weekly insights into the innovation shifts that can meaningfully impact business results. The process evaluates the generation of immediate value from concepts that help organizations: keep customers, increase revenue generated from existing customers, improve profit margins, acquire new customers, and/or resegment customers with more targeted offerings.
We bundle coaching with all Phase 1 and Phase 2 programs, with the goal being to train and transfer coaching activity to the client. Coaching is delivered through Hypershift or Hypershift coaching partners.
